The TD7-AC series products are a new generation of high-performance tilt sensors launched by Micro-Magic Inc. With a small size, they can maintain high precision in complex movements, with a dynamic measurement accuracy of 0.3°, a stable accuracy of 0.05°, and a temperature drift of 0.01°/℃. Output interfaces of 4~20mA and 0~20mA are optional, making it easy to integrate into user control systems.

Built in MCU control system, built-in vertical gyroscope and accelerometer, integrated attitude solver, using optimal digital filtering algorithm to reduce noise, combined with N-order Kalman filtering algorithm, eliminating error sources and improving measurement accuracy through various compensations such as nonlinear compensation, orthogonal compensation, temperature drift, etc. It can accurately output object attitude angles in strong vibration and motion environments.

By using non-contact measurement of raw materials, the current attitude inclination angle can be output in real time. It is easy to use and does not require retrieving the installation of two surfaces with relative changes. It is an ideal choice for industrial automation control and platform measurement posture, with strong resistance to external electromagnetic interference and the ability to adapt to long-term work in harsh industrial environments.
