The T7-B-3 series is a MEMS photovoltaic array tilt sensor developed by Micro-Magic Inc; Small size, low power consumption, high precision of 0.01 °. Built in MCU processing unit, high-precision 16 bit A/D converter, through n-order filtering algorithm, the linearity of sensor output is corrected twice, compensating for the accuracy decrease caused by insufficient correction in analog type, and finally outputting X and Y axis tilt values.

Adopting non-contact measurement of the original quantity, it can output the current attitude inclination in real time, and is simple to use without the need to retrieve the relative changes of the two surfaces for installation.
