The T70-B series is a dual-axis tilt sensor developed by Micro-Magic Inc for the fields of industrial site control and explosion-proof and hazardous inclination angle measurement. The internal MCU, MEMS inclination angle module, power circuit, and output circuit have been optimized for protection design. Before leaving the factory, each product has undergone a full temperature range calibration and compensation, and a two-week long-term stability test to ensure that it maintains the best performance indicators under different working conditions and long-term test cycles.
The product integrates standard currents of 4-20mA, 0-20mA, and 0-24MA, and can transmit over long distances of 2000 meters. Digital signals RS232 and RS485 are optional; Convenient system integration, the accompanying computer analysis software can display and record measurement data in real time, and the installation is convenient. Simply fix the sensor on the surface of the measured object with screws, and the horizontal angle of the object can be automatically calculated, making it easy to use. Strong resistance to external electromagnetic interference and strong ability to withstand impact and vibration, widely used in construction machinery, tilt monitoring, etc.

Accuracy: Absolute accuracy refers to the comprehensive error of absolute linearity, repeatability, hysteresis, zero point deviation, and horizontal axis error of the sensor under normal temperature conditions.
Long-term stability: Long-term stability refers to the deviation between the maximum value and the minimum value of the sensor after one year of long-term work under normal temperature conditions.
Response time: Response time is the time required for the sensor output to reach the standard value when the sensor angle changes once.
