G803 low-cost series magnetic angle sensor uses MEMS technology to integrate the nanomagnetic focusing film material and the differential array magnetic sensitive element to non-contact sense changes in the rotating magnetic field.
The system integrates a microprocessor (micro-computer), a current transmitter and a variety of protection circuits. Through DSP processing, it can perform linearity correction, temperature compensation, standardization of output signals according to the range, digital filtering, zero point setting, and multi-segment different slope settings. Programmed intelligent control enables measurement of absolute position output at user-set angles within the range of 0 to 360°.
The sensor is powered by a 9V to 36V power supply, with reverse and anti-pulse spike voltage protection functions, accuracy 0.5°, multiple outputs RS232, TTL, RS485, RS422, CAN, 0-5V, 0.5-4.5V, 0-10V, 4-20mA, 0-20mA optional.
The magnetic angle sensor has non-contact, long life, high resolution, low temperature drift, excellent linearity, precise reset, high frequency response, multiple protections, anti-interference, vibration and impact resistance, and is suitable for water, oil, gas, vibration, impact, etc. This harsh industrial environment makes it an ideal angle sensor with better cost performance. It is also an updated replacement product for contact angle sensors (such as conductive plastic potentiometers).
