FEATURES GENERAL DESCRIPTION
 Robust silicon MEMS accelerometer
ACM-315 is a 3-axis MEMS accelerometer,
 ±2g/±8g measurement range targeting industrial applications, with up to ±8g
 Integrated temperature sensor measurement range and digital output.
The sensor Digital output features for very low noise, low temperature drift and
 Supply: 3.0V ~ 3.6V outstanding long-term stability, with a hermetically
 CLCC-14 package (6 x 6 x 2mm) sealed CLCC package.
 Operation temperature: −40 ~ +85°C
