T7-D-DI Modbus protocol is a newly upgraded digital small volume MEMS tilt sensor launched by Micro-Magic Inc. It has a built-in dual channel earth gravity tilt unit and measures static gravity acceleration and dynamic angular velocity through a combination of accelerometers and dynamic gyroscopes, converting them into tilt angle changes. Thus, the tilt and pitch angles of the sensor output relative to the horizontal plane can be measured. Output modes RS232, RS485, RS422, or TTL level interface standards are optional. Built in MCU control system enables secondary correction of sensor output linearity, compensating for the accuracy decline caused by insufficient correction in analog models.
This product adopts non-contact measurement of raw materials and can output the current posture inclination angle in real time. It is easy to use and does not require retrieving the installation of two surfaces with relative changes. It is an ideal choice for industrial automation control and platform measurement posture, with strong resistance to external electromagnetic interference and the ability to adapt to long-term work in harsh industrial environments.
