T70-J is a domestically developed dual axis 4-directions 2-way tilt angle switch for component tilt angle measurement module by Micro-Magic Inc. It adopts RTU Modbus protocol and has internal core components, including MCU processor, MEMS tilt unit, power circuit, output circuit, and other domestically produced components. To manufacture domestically produced equipment and overcome barriers to independent research and development technology.
All products undergo calibration, temperature compensation, and long-term aging stability testing before leaving the factory. Each process is precise and rigorous, ensuring reliability under different working conditions and long-term use cycles; The measurement range is 0~± 90 °, with two sets of relay output circuits (normally open and normally closed contacts) built-in. When the tilt angle value is greater than the preset alarm threshold, a non-contact relay signal (driving current 1A) or a voltage signal (output voltage=power supply voltage) will be output to drive the solenoid valve to turn off the hydraulic system, buzzer, alarm light, etc., automatically warning the operators of safe construction.
The accompanying computer debugging software has the alarm threshold calibrated at the factory, and users can also set the alarm angle threshold themselves.
