The TD6-AC is a new generation MEMS dynamic tilt sensor that can measure tilt data of moving carriers or strong vibration states.
Dynamic measurement accuracy of 0.5°, static accuracy of 0.06°, small size, low power consumption, high consistency and stability, optional current output of 0-20mA and 4-20mA, RS232 can be used simultaneously, and RS485 can be customized;
Built in MCU control system, vertical gyroscope and accelerometer, integrated attitude solver, using optimal digital filtering algorithm to reduce noise, combined with N-order Kalman filtering algorithm, eliminating error sources and improving measurement accuracy through various compensations such as nonlinear compensation, orthogonal compensation, temperature drift, etc.
The product is designed with precision, compensating for temperature and linearity again, integrating comprehensive protection functions such as short circuit, instantaneous high voltage, polarity, and surge. Each process is precise and rigorous, ensuring reliability under different working conditions and long-term service life; Widely used in the field of industrial automation control.
