The AC-SMA-XXD series accelerometer is a single-axis capacitive MEMS accelerometer, consisting of a fully silicon MEMS sensing structure and a low-power signal processing ASIC composition. AC-SMA-XXD is powered by a single power supply (5V) and features low typical power consumption (11mA). Its output is either a digital signal in SPI protocol or a fully differential analog signal (common mode voltage at 2.5V), and the analog output voltage ranges from 0.5V to 4.5V. Product packaging The product is packaged in a standard LCC20 ceramic package with a total of 20 pins. The precise dimensions of the external shape are provided in the image below. The final product quality is 0.60±0.02 Gram.
